Senator Rick Santorum faces a tough re-election bid in 2006. I know it is a long way off, but it is never to early to jump start fund raising, especially when Senator Santorum's opponent, Democratic State Treasurer Bob Casey, Jr., is already polling ahead of the incumbent.
