Soviet Parrot? - John Kerry spewing Soviet rhetoric in his post Vietnam anti-war days? National Review, dear reader, has an article written by none other than the former acting espionage chief of Romania, Ion Mihai Pacepa, that states the John Kerry's statement to the U.S. Congress in 1971 sounded just like propaganda used by the Soviets to damage American credibility. Pacepa writes:

"As a spy chief and a general in the former Soviet satellite of Romania, I produced the very same vitriol Kerry repeated to the U.S. Congress almost word for word and planted it in leftist movements throughout Europe."

Bush's service record has drawn plenty of media attention supposedly questioning his "character". Shouldn't Kerry's claims be investigated and this story that calls into question Kerry's "character" be given equal coverage?
